Initiated in 2020, Seed to Sustainable is a pilot project which converts locally-grown, unsold farm produce into value-added retail products grown by under-represented farmers in the Denver Metro Area.

The primary goal for Seed to Sustainable is to strengthen our local food system’s capacity through diverse retail products cooked and crafted from what may otherwise go unused - creating year-round revenue sources and avoiding lost income.

We have our work cut out for us but believe our partnerships with local collaborators, like you, will help us plant seeds and nurture people.
