Hampden Farms is a Denver-based community hub dedicated to celebrating neurodiversity and building a more inclusive future for all. Our mission is to empower youth and families-especially those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)-through innovative programs in gardening, creative play, and essential skill-building.
We offer hands-on experiences that foster social connection, creativity, and independence. From therapeutic gardening and art projects to LEGO-based social skills clubs and life skills intensives, our programs are designed to nurture confidence, self-advocacy, and community engagement. We are especially committed to serving intersectional populations and under-resourced communities, ensuring accessibility and belonging for every participant.
