Designed with autistic, ADHD, neurodivergent, and learning‑different youth in mind
Prioritizes underrepresented youth, their families, and caregivers
What we do each week
Small‑group LEGO builds and STEAM‑inspired projects
Structured roles like Engineer, Supplier, and Builder
Collaborative challenges based on teen interests (gaming, fandoms, art, motor sports, stories)
Low‑pressure check‑ins and optional share‑outs to build social and self‑advocacy skills
Who this space is for?
Denver Brick Club is especially welcoming for:
Autistic, ADHD, disabled, and other neurodivergent or learning‑different teens
LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC youth and families
Teens who love building, fandoms, or hands‑on projects but may not feel at home in traditional youth programs
Caregivers are welcome to stay on site at Blossom House during the session.

IDDEAS VOICES 2025 Mini Grants/Denver Human Services (Funder)
IDDEAS VOICES 2025 Mini Grants, run by Denver Human Services, fund projects that elevate the voices of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and expand pathways for inclusion, diversity, and acceptance. IDDEAS stands for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Equitable Access to Services, and these grants foster equitable access to community engagement and essential supports across Denver.
Lifespan Local / Blossom House
Lifespan Local, Blossom House and NABI Youth Space together create a neighborhood-based hub for youth and families in Southwest Denver. Lifespan Local leads the work; Blossom House is its welcoming community building with shared resources under one roof; and NABI Youth Space is a sponsored teen makerspace inside Blossom House where young people ages 12–18 can drop in at no cost to create, explore STEAM, and connect in a supportive environment made possible by community investment.
Play Included® delivers evidence-based LEGO brick therapy through its Brick-by-Brick® programme, equipping professionals and families to support social and emotional growth for children. Endorsed by The LEGO Foundation, their training empowers collaborative, inclusive play for learners in schools and communities worldwide.
Project Baseplate & Carnegie Mellon University
Project Baseplate, powered by Carnegie Mellon University’s Center for Transformational Play, is the exclusive U.S. facilitator for the Brick-by-Brick® program. Through workshops and training, it enables educators to foster social and emotional wellbeing with LEGO®-based collaborative play, creating safe, inclusive spaces for children and youth to connect and grow.
ArloSoul collaborates on innovative, relationship-centered programming, using visual strategy and creative planning to help teams achieve measurable impact. Their expertise in data collection and analysis supports the development of scalable, replicable models for lasting change.
